1. INTRODUCTION TO NKINDA

NKINDA is a leading company specializing in the design of agentic artificial intelligence solutions, cloud technologies, and managed services (MSP). As part of the deployment of its flagship solution, TalaSync , NKINDA is actively seeking strategic B2B partners to develop new business opportunities in Anglophone Africa.


2. TALASYNC IN BRIEF

TalaSync is a sovereign agentic artificial intelligence system, accessible 24/7, in French and English. It centralizes a unique ecosystem:

    • TalaSync Chat: 137 business AI experts, at Senior/Director level, capable of collaborating in "Deep Think" mode to produce actionable strategic recommendations.

    • TalaSync School: 509 AI teachers and mentors for tailored educational support.

    • TalaSync Design : a professional tool for producing strategic materials.

TalaSync is transforming access to expertise in Africa by combining training, consulting and operational support in a single ecosystem.


3. PURPOSE OF THE CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

This call for proposals aims to select strategic B2B partners , organizations , and opinion leaders for:

    • co-develop solutions integrating TalaSync;

    • distribute and market the TalaSync offer;

    • advising and supporting the digital transformation of businesses, institutions and communities.

   

4. DESIRED PROFILES

The following are invited to apply:

    • Association groups;

    • NGO;

    • Consulting and research firms;

    • Opinion leaders;

    • Entrepreneurs who manage or lead a network of entrepreneurs.

   

5. TARGET SECTORS OF ACTIVITY

Candidates must work in one of the following sectors:

    • Education and training;

    • Entrepreneurial culture;

    • Technology and innovation;

    • Employability;

    • Community support;

    • Agriculture and fish farming;

    • Insurance, Finance, Legal Affairs

    • Advice

    • Business Development

    • Business Development

   

6. METHODS OF COLLABORATION

Three partnership models are possible, depending on the candidate's profile and objectives:

    1. Technology integration and co-development : integrate TalaSync AI agents into your own solutions, services or customer portfolios.

    2. Business development and distribution : market the TalaSync solution to companies, universities, institutions and partners in your network.

    3. Consulting and support : supporting the digital transformation and adoption of agentic AI in your network, among your clients or partners.

   

7. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Every candidate must provide justification:

    • proven experience in the relevant sector;

    • of a mobilizable network;

    • of a professional online presence.

   

7.1. Specific requirements for NGOs and associations

NGOs and associations must provide:

    • a recent activity report;

    • a document presenting the management team;

    • a verifiable online presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, website, etc.).

   

7.2 . For firms, companies and entrepreneurs

Other structures must provide:

    • A presentation of the activity.

    • A description of the network or community affected.

    • A professional online presence.


All candidates must demonstrate their ability to mobilize their network and generate concrete business opportunities.


8. APPLICATION FILE

The application must include the following documents:

    1. a detailed presentation of the structure;

    2. a proposal for collaboration specifying the envisaged partnership model.

   

9. SELECTION PROCESS

The process will take place in three stages:

    1. Pre-selection based on application: verification of eligibility criteria and the relevance of the profile.

    2. Initial consultation (via videoconference): discussion on expectations, business model and resources.

    3. Final validation: signing of a partnership agreement (or a letter of intent) defining the rights and obligations of each party.

    4. Integration and onboarding: training on TalaSync tools, provision of sales materials and initial support.


10. SELECTION CRITERIA

Applications will be evaluated according to:

    • the relevance of sectoral experience;

    • the quality and size of the mobilizable network;

    • the operational capacity for implementation;

    • strategic alignment with NKINDA's objectives;

    • the administrative and financial soundness of the structure.

   

11. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

The information submitted in response to this call for applications will be used solely for the evaluation of applications and will remain strictly confidential. No information will be disclosed to third parties without the applicant's prior consent.
