In an era of ultra-connectivity and systems of absolute criticality (5G, mining IoT, Mobile Money, hybrid cloud), NKINDA is deploying disruptive GSA SRE observability and automation technology (MARINA GSA & GSA CORE SRE) for major clients and operators of vital infrastructure.
To support our hypergrowth and accelerate the rollout of our SRE/AIOps Audit and Transformation offerings, we are seeking top-tier Expert Consultants (minimum 12 years of experience) with a unique hybrid skill set: impeccable technical expertise combined with the strategic vision of a Business Developer.
As a selected expert, you will join an elite international team and play a direct role in high-stakes technological and financial projects at our clients’ sites.
2. THE 7 PROFILES WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking seasoned experts capable of engaging on an equal footing with technical directors and leading complex transformations in the following areas:
- Expert Network & Telecom Architect Consultant (5G Core, IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, Resilient Architectures).
- Expert Network & Telecom Deployment Consultant (Multi-vendor orchestration, operational standardization).
- Expert SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Consultant (AIOps, Error Budgets, SLO/SLI Reduction, Zero-Touch Operations).
- Expert Consultant in Converged Billing Systems (OCS / PCRF) (IN, real-time billing, Diameter session integrity, Revenue Assurance).
- Expert Consultant in Network & Telecom Infrastructure Audits (Maturity Assessment, SPOF Detection, DORA/NIS 2/ISO 27001 Compliance).
- IT/OT Project Manager (Convergence of industrial networks, mining IoT, cybersecurity for control systems).
- Network & Telecom Infrastructure Project Manager (Management of large-scale NOC/SOC remediation and transformation projects).
3. ROLE & STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
As an Expert Consultant & Business Developer, your mission revolves around two key areas:
- Identifying & Approaching Elite Targets: You will identify, approach, and engage in high-level discussions with C-level decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and COOs) to identify their pain points and secure major accounts.
- Serving as an Ambassador for Disruptive Solutions: You will present and advocate for the added value of our two technological pillars—GSA CORE SRE (analysis and automation engine) and MARINA GSA (unified observability portal)—by demonstrating their immediate ROI: end-to-end visibility, elimination of manual tasks, and a massive reduction in MTTR.

4. SCOPE OF WORK & TARGET INDUSTRIES

5. PREREQUISITES & CRITERIA FOR EXCELLENCE (MUST-HAVES)
In addition to at least 12 years of proven experience in your area of technical expertise, the following two criteria are mandatory for joining our Task Force:
- 1. Proven expertise in RFP (Request for Proposal) processes: You have solid experience in designing, drafting technical proposals, presenting, and successfully managing responses to large-scale public and private RFPs.
- 2. Active Strategic Network (Contact List): You have a solid, direct, and actionable network of high-level decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Procurement/Operations Directors) within our target sectors (Telecoms, Banking/Finance, Mining/Energy, MSP).

- Business Referral Bonuses / Success Fees: Compensation contingent upon successfully converting a prospect into a client OR upon the approval and signing of a paid Proof of Concept (POC). (The higher the value of the signed contract, the more exceptional your financial return will be.)
