1. COMPANY PRESENTATION

NKINDA is a leading IT and Telecom solutions integrator, specializing in high-value-added Business Development in West Africa. With a strategic presence in Côte d'Ivoire, Nigeria, and Senegal , NKINDA serves as a technological and commercial bridge between international markets and emerging African economies.


2. PURPOSE OF THE INVITATION TO TENDER

As part of its international expansion and the strengthening of its technological axes, NKINDA is looking for Senior Business Development Partners based in Russia (and CIS area) .

The objective is to identify experts or firms capable of leading prospecting, technology partnership and fundraising missions to support our growth and that of our partners.

3. PARTNER'S MISSIONS

The selected partner will focus on four strategic pillars:

A. Sales of Solutions & Equipment (Telecom | IT | OT)

  • Active prospecting: Introduction of GSA SRE CORE and Marina GSA solutions to MNOs (Mobile Network Operators), MVNOs and ISPs in Russia, CIS area and West Africa.
  • Hardware: Promotion and sale of the range of network equipment (E-Node B 4G/5G, MicroCell, PicoCell).

B. Fundraising & R&D

  • Identification of strategic investors for NKINDA's Competence and R&D Center in Moscow .
  • Support in structuring funding applications for technological innovation.

C. Technological Partnerships

  • Identification of international companies (Russia/CIS) wishing to distribute their innovative solutions via NKINDA's established distribution channel in West Africa.

D. Multisectoral Development

  • Supporting companies (Agri, Export sectors, etc.) in their strategy for establishing themselves in African markets under the guidance and expertise of NKINDA.

 

REMUNERATION AND SUCCESS FEES

It is agreed that no fixed remuneration is due. The PARTNER is remunerated exclusively on a results basis (Success Fees). No fixed salary.

Commissions are payable within 15 days of NKINDA actually receiving the funds.


4. DESIRED PROFILE

  • Proven expertise in Senior Business Development (10+ years of experience).
  • Strong and active network with telecom operators and investment circles in Russia/CIS.
  • Ability to navigate in intercultural contexts (Russia – Africa).
  • Fluent in English and Russian (French is a major asset).


5. RESPONSE METHODS

Interested candidates must submit an application including:

  1. A presentation of their background or their firm.
  2. A brief methodological note on the proposed prospecting approach.
  3. References for similar projects (IT/Telecom or fundraising).
